A: The average turnaround time is usually 1-3 working days for the first draft. However, this figure is may fluctuate depending on our current workload for any given time, but it will never exceed 5 working days.

A smaller package will usually takes less time to complete whilst a larger package may need extra time. If you want to find out our current turnaround time, please feel free to contact us.

Q. How do you deliver the finished product?

A: Once your designs have been completed we will send you the complete package in winzip containing your graphics, plus we will also keep a live example of your graphics online for future reference

Q. How do we keep in touch during my graphic's production?

A: Communication is via email, which is the most productive & efficient way. If you need to communicate via messenger like MSN or Yahoo, it can also be arranged. Additionally, you can also contact us via Skype id, joshmhg , if needed.

Q: What's wrong with using eCover software?

A: Using ecover generator software you can create covers using their limited templates which are usually just a place to start. It restrict your results, usually making your design common and dull looking.
